Hello Friends of the Columbia Valley Food Bank (CVFB). Thank you for visiting our Virtual Food Drive!

The CVFB is excited to offer this online opportunity to support our vision of Relieving Hunger in the Columbia Valley. By giving to our virtual food drive, you are helping us support children, families, seniors, and individuals. We are here for anyone who just needs a little bit of help! Funds from this virtual food drive will be used to purchase milk, eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables for our weekly hampers. CVFB expenses on these items are an estimated $1030 per month. Your contribution helps us offer wholesome food options for those we serve.

Please make a donation today by clicking on the 'Donate' button at the top right. Your support reduces our nearly $90,000 annual food cost, to ensure no one in the valley is going hungry. We estimate by January 2024, we will see a 20% increase in new clients. So far this year we've accommodated a 45% increase in hampers distributed. It is critical we maintain our offering and continuously strive to improve how we address food insecurity in the Columbia Valley.

Through this platform, your funds will be filtered back to the Columbia Valley Food Bank, through Food Banks BC. As members of FBBC our job of ensuring healthy food is available for those in need, is made much less daunting. Online donations are also tax-deductible. Please check your email inbox or spam folder for an automated tax receipt once your donation is successfully processed.
