Supporting: 100 Mile House Food Bank
Our French Immersion grade 8/9 class is reading a book called ''Sans Domicile Fixe' that talks about poverty and homelessness. We thought that a good way to tie off the unit would be to raise money for the 100 Mile Food Bank. So far, we plan on doing a 'pie your teacher in the face' fundraiser, where students pay $3 that goes straight to the fundraiser. I mean, what better way to convince students to raise money than by getting them to pie their teachers in the face, right?
Other than that, if you would like to make a donation to our fundraiser for the food bank that would be awesome! All the proceeds that are raised on this website go directly to the 100 Mile food bank.
